Transconjunctival Blepharoplasty

This is a surgical procedure to remove visible fat pads in the lower eyelid area, which is seen in younger individuals. There is usually no skin laxity or presence of folds and wrinkles. The right moment is highly individual, but in most cases patients range from 20 to 30–35 years of age.
