Earlobe repair can only be performed surgically. It is a highly individual procedure — you should choose it for yourself, not to fulfil someone else's expectations. It is a good option for you if you are in good physical health and have a positive outlook together with realistic goals for improving your appearance.
This surgery can be performed at any time once the cartilage of the outer ear has fully formed anatomically, which is typically around 7–8 years of age.
