Buttock Implants

Buttock augmentation is a surgical procedure in which silicone implants are placed, producing a more harmonious, rounded buttock shape.

The implants are positioned within the gluteus maximus muscles, ensuring a fully natural-looking result. The scar is vertical, placed over the tailbone area, and completely concealed by underwear.

This surgery can be combined with another type of aesthetic surgery.

As a stand-alone procedure, buttock augmentation cannot in some cases compensate for sagging, which may need to be combined with a lift.

Buttock augmentation can only be performed surgically. It is a highly individual procedure — you should choose it for yourself, not to fulfil someone else's expectations. It is a good option for you if you are in good physical health and have a positive outlook together with realistic goals for improving your appearance.

There is no single "right" age for buttock augmentation. Ultimately the timing depends on when the patient is psychologically and aesthetically ready for the procedure and has turned 18.
