Stem Cell Lipofilling with LipoCube Nano
Lipofilling is a procedure in which the patient's own fat is used to restore lost volume and rejuvenate the face. When this technique is combined with LipoCube Nano technology, it marks a new stage in regenerative aesthetic medicine — nanofat lipofilling with stem cells, aimed not only at restoring volume but also at improving skin quality and structure.

How much does the procedure cost
The price depends on
- The surgical technique suited to your anatomy
- The extent and complexity of the intervention
- The type of anaesthesia and the length of surgery
- The required hospital stay and follow-up check-ups
The final price is set in person during the consultation, after an examination and measurements — you then receive a written quote and a detailed plan. The clinic does not work with National Health Insurance Fund referrals.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
This procedure is very popular because of its safety, since the micro-fat is simply transferred from one part of the patient's own body to another, with no foreign material introduced.
In lipofilling (fat transfer), a small amount of fatty tissue is taken from an area where it is in excess — usually the abdomen, hips or thighs. This fat is then processed and injected into areas of the face where volume has been lost, or where there are wrinkles or hollows — the cheekbones, temples, under-eye contour, nasolabial folds, the area around the mouth, and others.
Classic lipofilling works mainly on volume — filling hollow areas and softening features. With nanofat lipofilling using LipoCube Nano, a strong regenerative effect is added, thanks to the stem cells and growth factors contained in the processed fat tissue.
LipoCube™ Nano is a single-use, mechanical device that processes the harvested fat tissue into milli-, micro- and nano-processed fat, depending on the depth and purpose of the injection. It operates within a closed, sterile system, with a specific blade geometry and controlled flow, so that the fat is filtered and homogenised down to very fine particles.
What makes the Lipocube Nano Kit special is that:
the fat tissue that is processed is naturally rich in stromal vascular fraction (SVF) cells;
SVF contains adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) and other regenerative cells that support tissue repair and skin quality.
Lipofilling with LipoCube Nano: volume + regeneration
The combination of microfat and nanofat, processed with LipoCube Nano, makes it possible to:
restore volume in the deeper layers (cheekbones, temples, chin, lower jaw);
improve skin quality in the superficial layers through a nano-fat fraction rich in stem cells and growth factors.
The result is:
smoother, more natural contours;
smoother, firmer, more "youthful" skin;
longer-lasting effects compared with many temporary fillers, given a stable weight and a healthy lifestyle.
Stem cell lipofilling with LipoCube Nano is particularly suitable for overall facial rejuvenation, including:
the under-eye contour and dark circles — thickening the dermis and reducing the visibility of underlying vessels;
nasolabial folds and marionette lines;
the cheekbones and midface — restoring volume and a more youthful contour;
the temples — filling hollow areas;
the area around the lips and fine "barcode" lines;
facial scars and irregularities — after acne, trauma or surgery;
in some patients — the neck and décolletage, to improve skin texture.
How the procedure works — step by step
1. Medical consultation
First, a consultation with the plastic surgeon takes place, during which:
your expectations are discussed;
suitable donor areas are assessed;
the facial areas to be treated are chosen;
possible combinations with other procedures are clarified (lift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty and others).
The surgeon reviews your general health and rules out any contraindications.
2. Harvesting the fat tissue
Under local or combined anaesthesia, a small amount of fat is harvested using a fine cannula from a chosen area — usually the abdomen, flanks or thighs. The quantity involved is considerably smaller than in classic liposuction.
3. Processing with LipoCube Nano
4. Precise injection
The processed fat is injected using fine cannulas or needles:
in small deposits, layer by layer;
at precisely determined levels within the skin and subcutaneous tissue;
following the natural anatomical lines and volumes.
The procedure is suitable if:
you want a natural restoration of volume, without synthetic fillers;
you have lost volume in the cheekbones, temples or under-eye contour;
you want a visible improvement in skin texture — fine lines, superficial scars, a "tired" look;
you have enough fat tissue available in a donor area (a minimum amount of fat is required).
It is not suitable for certain systemic conditions, active infections, severe blood-clotting disorders and similar conditions. The final assessment is individual and is made by the plastic surgeon.
